Frequently asked questions
Are your products safe for colour-treated hair?
Yes — everything in the range is safe to use on colour-treated hair, stylers and wash alike. Our shampoo is sulphate-free, so it cleans without stripping the colour out as it goes.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Nothing we make is tested on animals, at any stage.
The range is vegan with two exceptions: Define and Shape contain beeswax and lanolin, which is what gives them their pliable, non-flaking hold. Everything else — Salt, Hold, Shampoo and Condition — is free from animal-derived ingredients. The Styling Box includes either Define or Shape, so it follows whichever you pick.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 9am are dispatched the same working day. Everything goes out with DPD on a 1–2 working day service, so most orders land the next day.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet — we ship within the UK only at the moment.
How can I track my order?
Your dispatch email carries a DPD tracking link, sent the moment your order leaves us. If it hasn’t turned up, check your spam folder first — that’s usually where it is. If the tracking still isn’t moving, send us your order number and we’ll chase it from our end.
